Storage and access
Submitted requests should be stored outside the public web directory and accessed only by the site operator or authorised service staff. Production hosting must be configured before launch.
Retention
Request records should be retained only for as long as necessary to review, reply to, and document the relevant enquiry.

Use contact and choose “Privacy request”. Include enough information to identify the submission that should be reviewed.
