Care method
Service policy
GlossHarbor publishes practical care notes designed to help visitors decide whether an exterior wash, cabin clean, or combined visit fits the questions they have in mind.
What a care note should answer
A useful entry explains the practical wash experience rather than restating a generic checklist. Notes focus on wash sequence, drying approach, cabin cues, visitor fit, schedule pressure, and the preferences most likely to affect how someone plans a visit.
Coverage notes
Entries identify the context used for the note when it is relevant: exterior wash or full care path, interior clean, detail focus, or a practical sourcing detail. A note may be revisited when that context changes materially.
Scores and rankings
This service does not use a universal ranking wall. A wash can be carefully described and still be unsuitable for a visitor looking for a particular care focus. Fit notes are more useful than a single number.
Corrections
Clarification requests are reviewed through contact. When a change affects a care note materially, the care notes board records the revised context.
Care note anatomy
| Part | Purpose | Typical question |
|---|---|---|
| First-pass note | Clarifies opening wash steps and early focus. | How quickly does the visit explain itself? |
| Balance note | Explains the stages that stay carefully framed. | What changes after the first rinse? |
| Friction note | Separates deliberate detail work from avoidable rush. | Where might a visitor want more context? |
| Fit note | Connects the description to a practical visit goal. | Who is this most likely to help? |
